How to do PR Skin Projection in Azur Lane

First off, go to Shipyard.

Tap on the box that says "skin" above the development level box.

Collect "rewards" that are required to make this work.
Have to at least:
-Make shipgirl reach level 120
-Reach development 30
-Sortie and obtain 200 victories with said shipgirl
-Oathed

Last two slots requires 200 gems each (not worth unless said shipgirl has at least 6 skins)

Do this for every PR/DR shipgirl (or don't)

Next go to "Manage Projection" at the top next to BP exchange.

Select skins for each slot, and make sure the checkmark is on.

This step might not be needed, but I did it anyway

Next, go to the main menu, and tap on your profile, and go to secretary.

Select any shipgirl in your slots that you don't want there

Bottom left of the screen you will see the option "projection", tap on it.

go to any pr/dr you want and Select the skin or base skin you want

rinse and repeat for other slots

Now you have full secretary slots of the same shipgirl in different skins.

(btw if anyone knows the artist name with the thumb nail with the meme I'd like to credit the artist)
