To download a game to your PS5 using the PlayStation App on your phone, follow these steps:

Download and Install PlayStation App:
Make sure you have the PlayStation App installed on your phone. You can find it on the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS).

Sign in to the app using your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Link Your PS5 Console:

Ensure that your PS5 is turned on or in rest mode.
Open the PlayStation App and go to Settings.
Select Sign in on PS5.

Scan the QR code displayed on your PS5 screen using the app or manually enter the code.

Start a Game Download:
