There is a problem downloading and getting access to the early access open beta for Battlefield 2042 via EA Desktop beta app. BF2042 open beta not appearing on EA Desktop.

You can download it via Origin, but if you are an XGP subscriber, Origin won't see you as EA Play subscriber, only EA Beta desktop app will.

You can start downloading from Origin and continue with EA Desktop, but it might fail and might not give you access when the open beat early access is released on October 6, 2021.

I am still waiting for a solution by EA.
