Download play store apps on computer or PC.

New release v1.5.1 August 2013
Visit this link http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/

Have you ever wanted to get your hands on the latest game, only to find that the Google Play (Android Market) thought it wasn't compatible with your phone?
Maybe you don't have a Tegra 2 device, but youre're pretty sure an Adreno 220 could handle it still.
Have a Kindle Fire and want access to more than just the Amazon AppStore?

Until now you've been stuck, but a new Chrome extension called APK Downloader will allow you to download an apk file from the Android Market directly to your desktop rather than to your device.

You'll need the latest version of Chrome, then you supply your device ID, email address and password (all stored locally on your computer to grab the Google Play cookie).
From there you pick the app you want and you'll have the apk file on your computer, allowing you to sideload it onto any of your Android devices! It is a quite a handy little tool, but we'll be interested to see if anything is done to block this circumvention of the device rules. - Brian K (phonearena)
This extension requires Google Chrome in order to function! Firefox , IE , Opera is not supported! Recommend to download from Google Play to avoid any issue.
How to install: open Extensions page, then drag the downloaded file into that page.

* Please read and follow this instruction carefully before using, or it WON'T WORK *

STEPS:

Make sure you have a Google Chrome installed on your PC.
Download and install the Device ID on your Android device.
Download and install the APK Downloader Chrome Extension. (Please view the video to learn how to install)
Open your Google Chrome - Option - Tools - Open Extensions page, then drag the downloaded file into that middle of the page.

Enter email and device ID on Options page

1. There are two ways to get Email and Device ID

a. Easy way: install Device ID app, it will show you your GSF ID and device ID, what we need here is GSF Android-ID (used by Google Services)

b. Difficult way: Open dial pad, call *#*#8255#*#* ( 8255=TALK ). If it opens "GTalk Service Monitor", find lines that begin with JID and Device ID . Your email is JID , and your device id is a string that after android- prefix

For example: if it shows android-1234567890abcdef , then your device ID is 1234567890abcdef

Do not type in random email or device ID, it won't work
