How to drop bombs in DCS World KMGU-2 RBK-500 Russian Cluster Bombs explained (mini tutorial 2)
0⛔ rockets tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PimtYnx48v0 ⛔ I tried to do a single player mission in DCS World with ground targets, and was confused about which Russian cluster bombs to use (RBK-500, KMGU-2 or what's a PTAB 10-5 or PTAB 2.5 KO противотанковая авиационная бомба ?) on Ukrainian/Russian/Chinese planes. This is a quick overview and how to drop the bombs after I started doing some research and here is what I have. For Su-27, Su-33 or J-11 you can use cluster munitions against tanks and lightly armored targets too.

KMGU-2 available only on Russian planes
KMGU-2 carries AO2.5RT or PTAB2.5 KO munitions
in AO2.5 and PTAB 2.5 the number is the weight of the submunitions, bigger number bigger damage
AO2.5 RT are anti personnel sub munitions (don't use on tanks and vs vehicles)
PTAB are shaped charge anti vehicle munitions
PTAB 2.5 is good against lightly armored or non armored targets
PTAB 2.5 can drop from KMGU or RBK
PTAB 10-5 is better against tanks but is carried in RBK only
RBK does not spread across a long stretch of target zone, but rather separates in a circular pattern
RBK and KMGU should be level bombed, a dive drop of RBK can cause it not to properly separate leading to the bomb failing completely
