It's hard to try and get Wraith to Blossom if you have all of Kirishima's Lens and Upgrades max out. Even on Nightmare mode, Kirishima can still take down Wraith like flies. He's just too broken since he doesn't have any other alternative ways to do lesser damage unlike Ruka and Misaki, with their default films.

The trick to get Wraith to Blossom with Kirishima is simple. Always charge shot and use the Explosion Lens afterward. It seems to always works for me. Unless getting Wraith to Blossom really is pure RNG where you just get lucky with a Blossom version of a Wraith or just a normal version of it.
