8I show you EXACTLY how I make my shorts from start to finish. My shorts have been a huge reason my channel has grown. Almost ALL of my subscribers and my total channel views come from shorts over my channels lifetime so far, and I’m consistently getting at LEAST 5000 views per short and up to 300,000 views on some of my best shorts with an Average View Duration of 95%. I see a lot of growing gaming channels struggling with consistency in their shorts in terms of quality and performance and for channels like mine currently, showing gameplay alone in your shorts is NOT enough. Unless you're a pro player or you already “made it” to some degree on YouTube, it's hard to consistently get views and grow using shorts.
