Steps:
Enter BIOS with the Delete key on boot.
Go to: Advanced / AMD CBS / NBIO Common Options.
Go to: XFR Enhancement / Accepted.
Set Precision Boost Overdrive: Enabled.
Press F10 to Save & Exit.
