0Enabling or disabling your activity status on TikTok allows you to control whether others can see when you're online. If you want to manage your privacy and decide whether your followers or friends can view your active status, you can easily do so from the settings.
To begin, open the TikTok app and log into your account. Tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right of the screen. Then, tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top right corner and select "Settings and Privacy." From there, go to the "Privacy" section. Scroll down until you find the "Activity Status" option.
If the toggle is turned on, it means your active status is visible to others, and they can see when you are online. To disable it, simply turn off the toggle. When turned off, your status will appear grayed out, and no one will be able to see when you're active on TikTok.
This feature helps maintain privacy and gives you more control over your online presence. Keep in mind that if you turn off your activity status, you won’t be able to see when others are online either.
