How to Enable Console in Euro Truck Simulator 2 ( For Mac)
Console commands are a great way to modify further parameters in your ETS2 game and take charge of the game world to the fullest.
Activating it involves modifying config.cfg file
In your Mac, the file will be located in Library - Application Support - Euro Truck Simulator 2
Here is how to get to it on Mac OS
Launch finder
Press and hold the Options Key/Alt
Click on Go in the finder menu
With Option Key still pressed, Select Library

Once in the folder, right click on config.cfg and select edit with textedit
With text edit active, press Cmd+F to activate search and search for
Developer
Change the option in the brackets from 0 to 1. ( I had already changed mine
Next search for Console
Change the option from 0 to 1
Save the file and close it
NB: Your ETS2 game must be closed, else the game will overwrite the changes you make to the file and return them to 0
Now launch the game, and press the ~ (tilde) key to activate the console
The key on the far left of the keyboard between ESC and TAB
There you have it
You can use the tilde key to toggle it on and off
