how to activate night mode in instagram :
1.If you make your instagram account to black theme just follow me friends.
2.Just open your insta app and click to login your profile.
3.In newsfeed section in bottom it shows some icon,so you can press your profile picture icon.
4.And then goto Settings - Theme.
5.Finally i get Light,Dark and System default,so you can choose "Dark".
6.And then it will automatically apply the changes.
7.Once you set this dark theme,if you use your phone at night time your screen brightness won't affect your eyes.
8.Otherwise if you not like this feature,just click to turn off this setting.
9.This is official release from this instagram team.
