How to enable or disable microphone in Windows 10? In this tutorial, I show you how to turn on or off the mic on your Windows 10 PC. Follow the steps below to a disable microphone in Windows 10:
1. Select the start menu by selecting the small windows icon in the bottom left.
2. Select the gear in the Start menu to open the Windows 10 settings.
3. In the Windows 10 settings select System.
4. In System, select Sounds.
5. In Sounds under Input, use the drop down to select the microphone you want to disable.
6. Select device properties.
7. In the device properties select the checkbox next to Disable.

Follow the steps below to a enable microphone in Windows 10:
1. Select the start menu by selecting the small windows icon in the bottom left.
2. Select the gear in the Start menu to open the Windows 10 settings.
3. In the Windows 10 settings select System.
4. In System, select Sounds.
5. In Sounds under Input, select Manage sound devices.
6. In the list of devices find Input devices and then select the Microphone you want to enable.
7. Select Enable.
