Follow the steps below to fix echo in OBS:
1. Open OBS Studio
2. Go through the OBS audio mixer and mute any audio inputs that are not required for your stream or recording.
3. If that does not work open the settings by selecting File, then Settings.
4. In Settings, select Audio in the left sidebar.
5. Find devices and disable each device.
6. Re-enable each device one by one until you hear the echo again.
7. Disable the device causing the echo.
