Steps:


from the dashboard of PS5, move to the top and then go to the right until you get to settings and open them,

In settings, select ‘accessibility’.

In accessibility settings, select ‘display and sound’.

Scroll down the display and sound settings and you will see the settings for ‘High Contrast’. Enable this setting to turn high contrast mode on. It will adjust the colors of texts and backgrounds to improve the clarity of things on the screen. This only works with some features.
