Steps:
Start by clicking the ‘Apple logo’ in the top left corner.
Choose ‘system preferences’ from the menu that appears.
In system preferences choose ‘siri’.
At the bottom, to the right of ‘siri history’ click ‘delete siri & dictation history’.
Click delete on the popup, then click ‘done’.
Your macs siri history is now deleted.
