Steps to Enable or Disable Background App Refresh on iPhone 14 Pro Max:
Open Settings
Press the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen.
Scroll Down and Tap on General
Scroll down and select General from the list of options.
Select Background App Refresh
In the General settings, tap on Background App Refresh.
Choose the Refresh Option
You will have three options:
Off: Disables background refresh for all apps.
Wi-Fi: Only allows apps to refresh when connected to Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi & Cellular Data: Allows apps to refresh over both Wi-Fi and cellular data.
Enable or Disable for Specific Apps
Under the Background App Refresh section, you'll see a list of apps. Toggle the switch next to each app to enable or disable background refreshing for that app.
