How to Enable or Disable Extensions Toolbar Menu in Google Chrome [Tutorial]

URL Used: chrome://flags/#extensions-toolbar-menu

Google has launched a new experiment. For some users, Chrome is hiding extension icons by default. Instead of adding them to the right of the address bar, the browser hides them behind an extension menu.

Are too many Chrome extensions cluttering up your toolbar and menu? Google’s working on a solution for that. The new Extensions menu provides a place for all your extensions in one combined toolbar icon. It’s available today behind a flag.

The Extensions Toolbar Menu experimental feature in Google Chrome allows you to enable a separate toolbar button and menu for extensions.

The Extensions toolbar menu shows a list of all installed extensions, and allows you to quickly manage them from one central location. You can pin and unpin extensions on the toolbar, remove (uninstall) extensions, change options for extensions, and more.

This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable the Extensions Toolbar Menu in Google Chrome for your account in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.

Unwanted toolbars have long been a problem in Web browsers, and Google Chrome is no exception. While some toolbars may serve a useful purpose, many do nothing more than take up valuable real estate on Chrome's interface and spy on your browsing habits. You can often uninstall a Chrome toolbar from the Windows Control Panel, but some toolbars refuse to go away, and even pop back up after you uninstall them. You can disable these toolbars and others directly from the Chrome Settings menu.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).
