This took a while to figure out but it's working!

This also fixes the Vidcoder / Handbrake error:
ERROR: Encode failed with code ErrorInit

This fixes the out of memory error with both Adobe Premiere Pro 2020/21 AND Adobe Media Encoder 2020/21 when trying to encode with CBR!!
