In Nancy Drew: The Secret of Shadow Ranch, Nancy needs to escape the jail cell. Get out your lariat (rope) and lasso the chair to be positioned below the key. Wait until the lasso is perfectly circular (not wobbly) before clicking. Then use the bricks on the ground to the left (you can keep two at a time) and throw them at the key with the proper angle and strength. See the video for exact solution. Use the lariat to pull the chair closer to you and get the key. Use the key at the door lock.

Be sure to look at the wall before leaving. The hash marks equate to the letters of the alphabet. A = 1, B = 2 and so on.
