How to Find and View Any WiFi Password - Very Easy Tutorial
In this tutorial we show to you to find and view any WiFi password on Windows 10 and Windows 7. Being able to see WiFi passwords in Windows 7 or Windows 10 is very simple and does not require you to download any special software or script. Simply follow the steps below to see how-to find any WiFi password for any WiFi network!
How to view your current WiFi network password (00:15):
1. Right click on the WI-Fi notification on the Taskbar
2. Select Open Network and Sharing Center
3. In the Network and Sharing Center window, click "Wi-Fi (YOUR Network Name)" this will be in the Access type Connection section of the window
4. In the Wi-Fi Status window, select Wireless Properties
5. In the Wireless Properties window, go to the Security Tab
6. In the Security tab, select Show characters.
7. You should now be able to see the Network security key - That is the Wifi password for the network you are connected to.
How to any WiFi password (00:50):
1. Windows 10 :Click Cortana so that the Search bar is displayed. Windows 7: Click the start button and then select search
2. Search: CMD
3. Open Command Prompt
4. In the Command Prompt window type: netsh wlan show profiles
5. In enter. this will display the names of any Wi-Fi networks your computer has a stored password for
6. Once you locate a password you want to see, type: netsh wlan show profile "NETWORK NAME"
• Be sure to replace "NETWORK NAME" with the name of the network you want to see the password
7. Hit Enter
8. Find the row Security key - This is the WiFi password.
