This tutorial provide two different methods of Factory Reset:
• Keep my files: Removes all non Windows 10 applications and settings from the computer while retain all of the files and data.
• Remove everything: Removes all files and software from the computer. This option will fully reset the Windows 10 computer and restore it to factory settings

How to factory reset your Windows 10 Computer? Follow the steps below to Factory Reset your Windows 10 PC:
1. Click the Windows 10 start button on the bottom left side of the screen
2. Select Settings, this will look like a gear
3. Once the Windows Settings screen is open, select "Update & security"
4. In the sidebar select "Recovery"
5. Once in the Recovery page, select "Get started" under the section titles "Reset this PC"
6. Choose the Factory Reset method you prefer.
7. Your Windows 10 PC will now begin the factory reset process
