When you reach this world event, you’ll find a woman sitting on a rug. She says whoever finds her comb wins an evening of her company and then asks you to join them. Go to the singular rock near the waterfall in the water nearby.

Dive down and use Odin’s sight to locate a small teal circle at the very bottom of the water. This is the comb. Dive down and grab it. Return to the women and you’ll complete this world event.
