If you're trying to find the x, y & z coordinates (y being the height or altitude value) so you can accurately spawn in buildings on your Custom Private DayZ Community Server, one technique is to simply check your server logs, looking for player login details.
There are of course many other ways of getting these co-ords, without having access to a PC running something like DayZ Editor - you can try placing objects, taking (or giving) damage, and dying. Most of these actions should show up in the Server Logs too.
