How to fix a permanent P0102 code of Toyota, Lexus, Scion that might not know and fail smog test

Toyota, Lexus or Scion permanent P0102 code was hidden in the ECU and does not show any check engine light and regular OBD2 scanner. If you unplug the mass air flow sensor, forget to plug it back in and then start the car, you will have this code stored in the ECU. I found it out the hard way until I get my car smog check and failed because of the code. This is common in Toyota, Lexus or Scion.
