Steps in this video :
Step 1) Restart Steam, restart PC
Step 2) Switch to Windowed mode, delete the config files, create a backup first (All saved Settings will be lost)
Step 3) Rename the save game files create a backup first (All the save game progress will be lost)
Step 4) Set Vertical Sync to Use 3D Application Settings in Nvidia Control Panel
Step 5) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 6) Set the game to play on your main monitor by changing your primary display in windows to your 1st monitor/Disconnect multiple monitors.
Step 7) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, try compatibility mode, disable Fullscreen Optimizations
Step 8) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 9) Perform a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 10) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, desktop users connect Display Cable/HDMI cable to dedicated graphics card
Step 11) Close Citrix Workspace or any third-party apps, unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable steam overlay, verify, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, Close OVERWOLF, OBS, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt
Step 12) Install Visual C++ Files
Step 13) Try Power saver mode, turn on/off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 14) Increase Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 15) Update Windows
Step 16) Update System BIOS
Step 17) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
