Do you want to know how to fix the black screen HDMI issues and no signal on ps4! To do this turn off your PS4 or unplug it briefly from the wall. Then go to the power button and hold this down for 15 seconds. You will hear one button and then another button. Then your PS4 will launch into safe mode, then go to change resolution. Also, make sure your are on the correct TV input and try a different HDMI Cable.
