If you're having trouble removing a Bluetooth device from Windows 11, follow these steps to troubleshoot and force the removal:
1. Remove via Settings
Go to Settings - Bluetooth & devices.
Locate the problematic device, click the three dots (⋮) next to it, and select Remove device.
If this doesn’t work, try restarting your computer and attempting it again.
2. Remove via Device Manager
Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
Expand the Bluetooth section.
Right-click on the device you want to remove and select Uninstall device.
Restart your computer to see if it’s removed.
3. Use the Control Panel
Open Control Panel (search for it in the Start menu).
Go to Hardware and Sound - Devices and Printers.
Locate the device, right-click it, and choose Remove device.
4. Check Bluetooth Drivers
Open Device Manager.
Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver or Uninstall device (then reinstall).
