Fix Guide:
•Nvidia GPUs I recommend downgrade video drivers to 560.70 or 512.96
•AMD GPUs I recommend downgrade video drivers 23.11.11 or 23.10.2
•Make sure to do clean install restart and reinstall shaders
^^If it didn't work
•Open registry editor
•Find and open the branch Computer\ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers
•Find TdrLevel and make sure value is set to 0
•If TdrLevel isn't there right click, new, DWORD32 set value 0 save and restart computer

•Disable xmp or underclock memory in bios
^^If didn't work
•Underclock GPU core clock roughly 50mhz

•Lower in game settings
