My BT3/4 File, I right click, go to properties, and graphics
DISPLAY -
Aspect ratio: Fit to window/fullscreen. FMV Aspect Ratio: Widescreen 16:9 the rest default. Below, I have Anti-Blur and VSync checked
RENDERING -
Internal Resolution: 3x native (1080p)
Rest using global sett8ngs
I have Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes checked, which should give you more sections to tweak offsets and such.
HARDWARE FIXES -
All global settings
Skip Draw Range: 75 and 50 respectively
Everything UN-checked the Disable Safe Features and Estimate Texture Region options are unchecked but the box is black (idk if that matters)
UPSCALING FIXES -
All global settings
Texture offsets: x: 350 y: 350
Align Sprite is checked
Unscaled Palette Texture Draws is checked
Other 2 are unchecked Merge sprite is grey unchecked and Wild arms hack is black box unchecked
TEXTURE REPLACEMENT -
unchanged (all unchecked)
POST PROCESSING -
All global settings and unchanged
OSD, RECORDING, and ADVANCED -
All global setting and unchanged (default) no boxes checked.
