How to fix Camtasia Studio Cannot Load File Unsupported media format or Codec Not found when using shadowplay

If you are getting an error while using .MP4 or MOV in Camtasia Studio saying Cannot Load file, it is either an unsupported media type or required Codec not found, then just do as I say. This works well for Nvidia shadowplay videos.
