If you cannot install XPS Viewer in Windows 10 V1803 or later, this video will show you how to fix it using registry manipulation.

1. Oen Registry Editor
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
3. Find UseWUServer. Double click on it to modify its Data. Then in Edit DWORD Value box, put the Value data as 0.

Now retry to install XPS Viewer again and it should work this time.
