Step 1: Go to youtube

Step 2: Click on your channel's icon or profile

Step 3: Then Go to Youtube Studio

Step 4: And Then click on videos

Step 5: Click on your video

Step 6: Go to more options

Step 7: Click on comments and set it to allow all comments

If it dosen't work that means you have to answer a question. scroll down to audience then it will say is it made for kids? then click on no it's not made for kids.
