First try sfc /scannow in cmd

If not working try this:

Type PowerShell In Cmd and then
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
