If you're having issues where your mic / voice is cutting out in Discord, this can easily be fixed in the Discord settings. Follow the steps below to fix mic cutting out in Discord:
1. Open the Discord app on your Windows PC or Laptop.
2. Open the User Settings by selecting the gear next to your username in the bottom left.
3. In the left sidebar of the user settings select Voice & Video.
4. Toggle off Automatically determine input sensitivity under input sensitivity.
5. Now we need to adjust the input sensitivity so that it is just above any background noise but below the volume of your voice.
6. Once done adjusting the mic sensitivity you can close the Discord user settings.
