Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) unselect beta server
Step 3) Select your region
Step 4) Change region to north America
Step 5) Uninstall Gigabyte cFosSpeed app
Step 6) Turn on/off VPN
Step 7) Switch to different networks, switch to mobile hotspot
Step 8) Use Ethernet connection
Step 9) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 10) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router, plugin power cable back to PC and then restart your computer
Step 11) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 12) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program such as Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo etc. also allow the exe fie to Windows security and Windows Defender firewall
Step 13) Try Google DNS server
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
Step 14) Restart Steam, verify the game files
Step 15) Update Windows
