hey guys! today im gonna teach you how to fix gta iv low resource,and many people create this tutorial but fail xD,and they tutorials is good but that have a little bit mistake :D and how to fix it is easy,just create file on your gta iv directory call command line or if you steam user,you can set launch options and fill the blank space with command, :D and this is the command:
-availablevidmem 4096.0-Change that number with whatever you want ex.1234
-percentvidmem 100
