How to fix the Hogwarts Legacy performance lag/shutter issue on PC (Steam). I got from running 30fps (even lower) at the Lowest graphics settings (2K res) to Ultra settings with Ray Tracing on at playable frame rates by doing the steps shown in the video.

This solves the frame rate issue for me now I don't have frame shuttering, frame drops, lag or crashes. It might work for you as well so give it a try.

Tested on 3070 Ti RTX NVIDIA graphics card with i7/32GB RAM Laptop.
