How To Fix Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908) error in VirtualBox on Ubuntu 19.10

Commands:
First, reload the kernel and test if it's ok
# sudo modprobe vboxdrv

If not you must reinstall virtualbox-dkms
and reload the kernel
# sudo apt remove virtualbox-dkms
# sudo apt install virtualbox-dkms
