I installed Ubuntu in UEFI MODE. So I have to install Windows 10 in same MODE.

Check if UEFI Mode is active in bios.

Insert a Bootable DVD or USB disk of windows 10.
Launch Windows 10 install.

Restart it and select the Ubuntu UEFI partition from the boot menu.

boot on Ubuntu.
open the terminal and type :
sudo update-grub
Reboot the PC.

You can see the Windows boot manager does appear in the Grub menu.
