Requirements:

nVidia Inspector:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/nvidia_inspector.html

Open the nvidiaProfileInspector.exe and search for 'Quake Champions'. Now change the three parameters as shown in the video.

Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling" - 0x00000008 AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL
Texture filtering - LOD Bias (DX) - 0x00000078
Texture filtering LOD Bias (OGL) - 0x00000078

This isn't allowed on ESL! and only works on public servers. It's not cheating since it's not disallowed on public servers but it really helps a lot to see enemies and the map better + you get a decent FPS boost, for me it also reduced the lag (a little bit).
