To fix this, open the Group Policy Editor and navigate to Computer Configuration , Administrative Templates , Windows Components , Store and set the Turn off the Store application policy to Disabled or Not Configured. You can also use Registry Editor to remove any restrictions on the Store. Restart your computer after making changes.
