I click Create New DB Connection button on Database Connections, but it doesn't work.

An error appears:
The MySQL Shell For VS Code extension cannot run because the web certificate is not installed. Do you want to run the Welcome Wizard to install it?

Solution:
Just follow the instruction to run the Welcome Wizard to install web certificate.
