To fix the ps5 error code WS-118720-9 When something went wrong with Game packs! To do this go to the home screen and then press options and manage your content. Then you can delete or sometimes download the DLC game packs under this section. Then go to settings, then choose user and accounts, other and enable console sharing and offline play, then restore the license's, sign out and sign back in and restart your PS4.
