If you become unable to use content you've download from the playstation store, you could have a problem with the licenses on your PS5 console! Most of the time your PS4 or PS5 games will have a padlock symbol next to them and you won't be able to play the game. What you need to do is go to settings, then select users and account, Then choose other and restore the licenses on the PS5. Wait till this completes and your games should be unlocked now.
