Do you want to know how to fix the PS5 profile not loading or game base! To do this, go to power and shut off your PS5 and wait 1 to 2 minutes before turning it back on. Also, try signing out of your PS5 profile and log back in. Then you can try changing the DNS on your connection to 8888 and 8844 and see if that works. Otherwise update your PS5 with a fresh copy of the OS using the safe mode menus.
