To adjust the 4k transfer rate on your PS5, follow these steps:

Go to Settings and then choose Screen and Video.
Select Video Output and then choose 4K Video Transfer Rate.
You can choose from the following options:
Automatic: The PS5 will automatically choose the best option based on your TV’s capabilities.

-1: This option restricts the video output bandwidth to the HDMI 2.0 specification, which is 18 Gbps. This can help reduce screen flicker and other signal issues.

-2: This option restricts the video output bandwidth to the HDMI 1.4 specification, which is 10.2 Gbps. This can help reduce screen flicker and other signal issues.
