To view your downloads and uploads for games on your PS5 console, you can follow these steps:

Press the PS button on your controller to bring up the control center.
Select the power icon on the right side of the screen.
Choose Downloads/Uploads from the power options menu.
This will take you to a page that displays all of your current downloads and uploads.

If you want to check the progress of a download, press your DualSense controller’s PS button, select the Downloads / Uploads icon, and select the game on the downloads queue. Your PS5 automatically installs it after the download—usually, that only takes a few seconds
