This is a quick guide on the common fix for allowing you to use your PSN account again. Here are the steps incase you're too lazy to listen to the video

1) sign into the PSN on your PlayStation system, if it you click account management and it forces you to sign out by saying your email or password is incorrect than you have a issue, if not you are one of lucky ones.

2) go to the PlayStation website and click sign in below the email and password entry you will see a button called "forgotten password" .Click it. Follow the steps on the website. You will need the following information: The email address you signed up with and the date of birth for that account.

3) enter a new password and sign back into your playstation system this should allow you to play online again. if not contact sony support or find another fix.
