How to fix Valorant NOT UPDATING (2023) | Valorant Stuck on 0 Downloading
Valorant downloading speed decreases to 0.1kb/s occasionally means that you have encountered an unexpected bug from the Riot launcher that occurs most of the time during updating or downloading process of Valorant. You can also face this issue if your internet speed is not good enough to download Valorant.

1- Open cmd as admin
2- and type "sc delete vgc" and "sc delete vgk"
3- go to C:/Program Files and delete the Riot Vanguard folder
4- (If step 3 didn't work try pressing ctrl+shift+esc and closing all vanguard-related options)
5- Update the game from the riot client (It will download vanguard again with a patch)
6- Restart the computer
7- Run the game
