search bar is not working because you're using less ram and probably some ctf loader, index files not load up properly,
_______________________METHODS_______________________
1- for fix you can simply restart your windows explorer from task manager it will fix. but that's not a proper method.
2- you can use rammap with method (1) so in a long term u'll not face this issue but again it's temporary.
3- you can make your ctf loader to loadup in a windows startup and it'll fix permanently. but RAM is a major issue , increase it atleast 8GB RAM.
